Island Bar & Grill

The Island not only provides players with an amazing volleyball experience we also “serve” up top shelf island drinks & incredible food. When you get done playing a hot sweaty game on the sand what better way to cool off than our 12 ice cold draft beers, 20 different bottle beers, top shelf cocktails or 1 of our 60 tequilas. To “block” that hunger we offer a menu that changes seasonally to keep it fresh, along with a daily special created by our executive chef.

 

 

Executive Chef Dave Zaharia.

 

He has been the Executive Chef @ The Island since 2014. His background over the last 20 years in the Culinary field has been hotels, country clubs and catering companies.

Personal: He is a martial arts instructor and commits a good portion of his time giving back to the community via volunteer work. He is a US Navy Veteran and loves all styles of food, cooking and am always looking to learn, taste and experience new and innovative food.
